ELIGIBILITY

USER ACCOUNTS AND WALLET CONNECTIONS

Certain Platform functionality may require a cryptocurrency wallet.Users are responsible for maintaining control and security of their wallets, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, authentication credentials, and other security information.Free Marketplace World does not request, store, or require users to provide private keys or recovery phrases.You should never provide your private key or recovery phrase to Free Marketplace World, another user, or any person claiming to represent the Platform.You are solely responsible for transactions initiated through your connected wallet.If your wallet is compromised, lost, stolen, accessed by an unauthorized person, or otherwise unavailable, Free Marketplace World may be unable to recover any associated assets.Free Marketplace World cannot reverse blockchain transactions merely because a user claims that the transaction was made in error, without authorization, or under fraudulent circumstances.4. BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS

  1. Blockchain transactions are generally initiated and authorized by users through their connected wallets.Before confirming a transaction, users are responsible for independently verifying:The wallet address.

  5. Network or gas fees.

5. FAILED, DELAYED, REJECTED OR CANCELLED TRANSACTIONS

  12. Blockchain protocol changes.
  13. Network upgrades.
  14. Unsupported assets or networks.
  15. Other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Free Marketplace World.

Free Marketplace World does not guarantee that a transaction will be completed or that a cancelled, failed, or rejected transaction will result in the recovery of funds or digital assets.Where a transaction fails or is cancelled, any recovery, refund, reversal, or resolution may depend on the applicable blockchain, wallet provider, payment mechanism, smart contract, seller, buyer, or other third party.Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions may not provide the same cancellation or chargeback mechanisms available through traditional payment systems.6. MARKETPLACE TRANSACTIONS

  3. The authenticity of user-provided content.
  4. The ownership rights claimed by a seller.
  5. The commercial value of an image.
  6. The future value of purchased content.
  7. The availability of a seller.
  8. The ability of a seller to fulfill an obligation.
  9. The suitability of an image for a particular purpose.

Users should conduct their own due diligence before completing a transaction.7. DIGITAL CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. Users are responsible for ensuring that content they upload, publish, sell, or otherwise distribute through the Platform does not violate the rights of third parties.Users must not upload or sell content that:They do not have the right to distribute.

FUTURE ESCROW SYSTEM

FUTURE CUSTODY OR HOLDING WALLETS

SECURITY

Free Marketplace World may suspend or terminate accounts, listings, wallet connections, or access where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, users, or comply with applicable law.22. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Termination of Platform access does not automatically reverse blockchain transactions.Users remain responsible for obligations incurred before termination.23. CONTENT MODERATION

Roadmap items may be modified, delayed, replaced, or cancelled.No roadmap item constitutes a guarantee, contractual commitment, investment promise, or guarantee of future value.Only functionality explicitly identified as active and available on the Platform should be considered currently operational.31. COMMUNITY AND DISCORD
